Here is how to set up SwitchyOmega with your Ping Proxies’ packages in order to have the best proxies available for seamless connection to your browser profiles.

What is SwitchyOmega?

SwitchyOmega is a browser extension which allows you to switch between your multiple proxies quickly and easily.

There's no need to go into advanced settings on chrome, SwitchyOmega will bypass these settings with their simple drop down menu. We will walk you through how to set this up with your Ping Proxies

SwitchyOmega is available to download for free! It's also available on Firefox.

1. Click Options on SwitchyOmega

Once you have downloaded SwitchyOmega for chrome, you need to click the extensions button on the browser and then click Options on the SwitchyOmega pop up menu - this will allow you to start adding your proxies.

2. Set Up New Profile

Click add new profile once you have been redirected, then it's time to add your proxies.

We have many proxy packages available - pick which ones suit you best and once you have ordered them they will be sent to your email inbox.

First off all you need to give your profile a name as this cannot be left empty, then click the type of profile you'd like to create.

3. Enter Proxy Details

After setting up your new profile you need to enter the details of your Ping Proxies. As all Ping Proxies package use HTTP protocol and support HTTPS pick either of these two options.

All proxies we deliver use username/password authentication. We are using this proxy: residential.pingproxies.com:61234:PingProxies1:Password

Once you have entered the necessary details, click the lock button. And then enter your username and password which will have been emailed to your inbox with your Ping Proxies. Then, just click Save Changes.

After entering your proxy's information click Apply changes. Then all you need to do is click your extensions button at the top of your chrome browser and click your newly created profile - in our case 'Ping Proxies'. And you are done!

Just repeat these steps for all your proxies you would like to switch to on your browser and you will have these proxies as options on the pop up menu on your extensions button.
