All accounts have a default Proxy User created and assigned to them at the point of registration. This Proxy User can not be deleted and it will stay on your account forever.

If you’d like to create a new Proxy User you can head to our dashboard and Proxy User management section and click +Add User in then top right.

Once you click +Add User, a modal will open and you can then create a new proxy user.

You’ll be able to set a customer Proxy User ID and password for the user along with limiting their access to residential bandwidth or specific Static Proxies.

You can also assign IP Authentications to the user so they can access their Static Proxies without a username and password.
