Residential proxy bandwidth is charged by GB, while datacenter proxies and static residential ISP proxies are usually priced per IP address. Importantly, residential proxies offer access to unlimited IP addresses from any region, providing extensive geographic flexibility.The Pay per GB model, used for residential proxies, charges based on the amount of data (bandwidth) transferred through the proxy service. This is similar to how mobile phone plans charge for data usage - you pay for what you consume. For instance, just as you might pay for 5GB of mobile data per month, you could pay for 5GB of proxy bandwidth. This model is particularly beneficial for users who need access to a wide range of IP addresses across various regions but may not have consistent or high-volume usage.On the other hand, the Pay per IP Address model, typically used for datacenter proxies and static residential ISP proxies, charges users based on the number of unique IP addresses they utilize and are able to send an amount of unlimited bandwidth through these IP addresses. This model suits users requiring consistent IP addresses, such as those needing specific IPs for whitelisting or maintaining continuous connections.The choice between these models depends on the user's specific needs, traffic patterns, and operational requirements, much like choosing between a pay-as-you-go or unlimited data plan for your mobile phone. Users requiring diverse geographic coverage and varying usage might prefer the residential proxy GB-based pricing, while those needing consistent, specific IPs might opt for the IP-based pricing of datacenter or static residential ISP proxies.<h2 id="stf4qr5yxdr" data-toc-id="stf4qr5yxdr">Quantity &amp; Subscription Cycle</h2>Once you’ve decided what service is best for you, the next decision will be the quantity and subscription cycle you’d like to go for.The quantity will be dictate the amount of bandwidth or IP addresses that will be provisioned for you and the subscription cycle will decide the frequency of your subscription payments and length of term.We have bulk quantity and length discounts automatically applied for all services at checkout.<h2 id="8f3xk342mrs" data-toc-id="8f3xk342mrs">Payment Methods</h2>We support a variety of payment methods including all major cards and cryptocurrencies. Each Customer shall be responsible for determining what laws or regulations are applicable to its use of the products and services.</code></li><li><code>Causing or attempting to cause security breaches or disruptions of Internet communications.</code></li><li><code>Using the Services to engage or support fraud, including ad-fraud</code></li><li><code>Using the Services to collect or access non-public data. 🉑Acceptable Usage Policy

Our Dedicated Static Residential ISP Proxies and Datacenter Proxies are subject to a fair usage policy to maintain high-quality IP pools for all users. While we offer unlimited bandwidth, we define acceptable usage as up to 18TB per 500 proxies per monthly subscription cycle (prorated for different amounts and payment cycles). This limit is enforced based on current network conditions, usage, and capacity. Additionally, we may impose concurrency limitations beyond 100 concurrent connections to prevent abuse, depending on current network conditions and usage.We reserve the right to modify these parameters without prior notice in cases of traffic overuse, access to suspicious targets, or other forms of abuse. This policy applies to both new and existing users with active subscriptions. 🚧Anti-Abuse Limitations & Fair Use

Like other proxy types, it still hides your IP address, changes your digital location, and routes your traffic through a proxy server before it reaches the internet.Since datacenter proxy IP addresses aren’t provided by an ISP, the servers also have a datacenter Autonomous System Number (ASN). This isn’t much of an issue for most proxy use cases. Websites which want to block traffic originating from datacenters will compile or use a list of known datacenter ASNs like the <a target="" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://udger.com/resources/datacenter-list">Udger list</a> and then when a request is received by the website, the connecting IP address will have their ASN referenced against this list and blocked if there is a match. All accounts have a default Proxy User created and assigned to them at the point of registration. This bandwidth will remain on your account for your use in the future.<img src="https://fb-usercontent.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/019290aa-20c8-77b8-a10e-9dcb2ba8fd12.png" data-width="100%" data-align="left"><h2 id="4lew366pod7" data-toc-id="4lew366pod7">Pause rather than cancel</h2>Residential subscriptions can be easily and indefinitely paused rather than cancelled. This allows you to maintain the same service but take a break if you don’t need anymore bandwidth.While the service is paused, all invoices will be voided and you won’t be charged or credited new bandwidth until the subscription is unpaused.Pausing is not available to Static Residential or Datacenter Proxies.

Invoices are automatically generated by our billing systems for each subscription payment event and top-up. These invoices use the Billing Address in your <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://dashboard.pingproxies.com/billing/address">Billing address section</a>.In this section, you can set your full billing address including your country, address line, billing name and ZIP code.Once you have made changes, click Save Changes and then all invoices will be generated with these new details.<callout-component color="Red">Only new invoices will be generated with your new Billing Address. Your Ping Proxies account can have store credit which can be used to pay for invoices and services. Store Credit can be managed and viewed in the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://dashboard.pingproxies.com/billing/transactions">Billing Section</a> of your dashboard.<img src="https://fb-usercontent.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/0192943d-cb63-7cbe-83c7-4a506ac2eab1.png" data-width="100%" data-align="left"><h2 id="bps17wqteiz" data-toc-id="bps17wqteiz">Adding Store Credit</h2>Store Credit can be added to your account by clicking +Top-up in the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://dashboard.pingproxies.com/billing/transactions">Billing Section</a> of your dashboard.Once clicked, you’ll be prompted to select the amount of store credit you’d like to add to your account, you can add between $5 and $10,000 at a time.
